Chapel Interior. This photo appears in C. Pratt and Sons Ltd Catalogue c.1910 (Bradford Archives 46D95 6/2), pg 111 as an illustration of a chapel 'after' alterations made by the company. Most importantly, after fitting tip-up seating which Pratt's specialised in and ... "we built a fireproof lantern box at the vestibule end of the chapel into which we installed an electric lantern and cinematograph apparatus. These were so arranged that they could be reverendersed and either used for meeting in the street in front, for announcement slides, or for the meeting in the hall itself." There is a list of towns over England where similar work has been done. See negative 315/141, 142, 143 for the 'before' pictures.
