Hall Interior
Chapel interior before work done by Pratt and Sons. This photo appears in C. Pratt and Sons Ltd Catalogue c.1910, Bradford Archives 46D95 6/2, pg111, as an illustration of a chapel 'before' alterations were done by the company, most importantly before fitting tip-up seating in which Pratts specialised ... "we built a fireproof lantern box at the vestibule end of the chapel into which we installed an electric lantern and cinematograph apparatus. These were so arranged that they could be reverendersed and either used for meeting in the street in front, for announcement slides, or for the meeting in the hall itself." There is then a list of towns over England where similar work has been done. See negative 315/131 for the 'after' picture. 141,142 and 143 are all very similar images.
