They are all dressed in fancy dress, the costumes are (left to right) Diana the huntress, with live hawk, an 18th century lady and Grace Darling. The Salt Jnr family enjoyed dressing up and often held fancy dress parties at Milner Field. One of a series of glass negative images showing activities and members of the Salt Family.
