“I tried to spend this week communicating with my friends as I realised I haven't really spoken to them that much during this pandemic. I was struggling to stay focused and was beginning to feel stressed. I then realised that is was because I haven't be keeping in touch with the people who I miss, so this week I visited friends and family (but obviously kept 2 meters away) and I made me feel less alone during this scary, confusing time.” Rowan
