Baisakhi commemorates the birth of the Khalsa. This march was organised by the Bradford branch of the Internation Sikh Youth Federation.
The Guru Granth Sahib is borne out of the Gurdwara and placed on the lorry. At all times it is preceded by the five beloved ones (Panj Piare) or The Khalsa as they are known.
