Two men are holding a piece of metal with words cut into it. It looks like it has been dipped into a vat with steam coming off it, possibly to either cool it off or treat it. The words are the titles of workers in the mill industry (Possibly for use in an exhibition?). The men are wearing safety goggles, aprons and long sleeved gloves.
