This is a black and white landscape image of a handloom weaver. The caption 'Hand loom weaver Golcar' is written on the back, attributing this print to a village in Huddersfield. The handloom and the strings of wool occupy the foreground with the worker being framed by it. Lots of small spools of wool are stuck to one of the pillars of the loom and lots of pointed objects of some kind hang from above slightly out of frame. Some tools and other objects can be seen in the background on a windowsill. This print was taken by photographer Ian Beesley.
