This is a glossy black and white landscape image of wash basins with shuttles in the background reflected in the mirrors above the basins. Above the mirror is a sign which says "Ear protection area". The wash basins appear to be for hand washing only as there are soap dispensers on the wall, and a cloth on one of the basins and the basins appear to be on the factory floor itself rather than a bathroom. The photograph was taken by photographer Ian Beesley. It features in Beesley's book 'Through The Mill' as image 59. The caption reads "Benson Turner Ltd., Wyke, Bradford. A modern plant winding and twisting acrylic fibres for knitwear."
