This is a glossy landscape black and white image of burlers and menders. The workers are sat at slanted worktables which have fabric draped over them. The workers are burling and mending the fabric by hand. The scene is lit by overhead strips of lighting, some of which are supporting Christmas decorations (including tinsel). It was taken by photographer Ian Beesley who has written on the back of the print: "Burlers & Menders, Drummonds Mill"
