This is a colour photographic print of men working underground at Hay Royds Colliery. Most of the image is pitch black, with the small amount of light presented being rendered hazily. Though its difficult to pick out details due to this, one can still pick out their high visibility clothing. This print is embossed, signed by photographer Ian Beesley and dated to the 28th January 2011. This image can be found in Ian Beesley's 'The Drift' on page 72.
