This is a black and white landscape photographic image with a black border. It depicts two men holding a metal plate with job titles cut into them. Many of the titles refer to mill work, so perhaps this was for an exhibition. It does not indicate as such on the print, but I have seen this plate associated with Leeds Silchrome Plating Ltd. This print was taken by photographer Ian Beesley.
