A traditional Hindu wedding at a Hindu Temple in Bradford. As part of the ceremony, the bride and groom walk around a fire seven times, sprinkling herbs, spices and ghee (a type of clarified butter fat used extensively in South Asian cooking but which also has symbolic and ritualistic uses) into it. Between trips, they sit in designated seats. The ceremony was held at the Shree Prajapati Hindu Temple in the Great Horton area of the city.
