Southend Hall's Girl's Club. This photo appears in "The Making of a Mission" by The Bradford Wesleyan Mission, published March 1911, pg 82. Caption: "The Girl's Club" from a chapter on Southend Hall. "A new feature this year has been the Girl's Club, largely in charge of the visiting Deaconess, Sister Margaret Olivers. It is attended by 50 girls weekly, the membership roll being 80. Being a new venture, lessons have to be learned, which will, we hope, enable us next year to achieve greater success, and do permanent good to the girls."
