The Eastbrook Brotherhood leaving Eastbrook Hall. A similar picture to this one appears in '50 Glorious Years, The History and Story of Eastbrook Hall', its caption reads "The Brotherhood 'loosing'" There is plenty of information of The Eastbrook Brotherhood in all publications. In 'The Story of the Eastbrook Brotherhood' (in Archives) it says "Many people come to the hall every Sunday simply to see the men swarm out." From 'The Centenary Souvenir' "The Eastbrook Brotherhood was started by Mr. Nield in the Autumn of 1904 with the 'hope of showing that the working man is not as hostile or even indifferent to religion as some would have us believe' (Mission Report 1910-11)."
