Celebrating the feast of La Salette outside the Dominican Association during the Bradford Festival. A Catholic feast day, La Salette was originally taken to Dominica by French missionaries. The Bradford Festival was established to celebrate the city's cultural diversity. A programme of formal, and informal events spread over two to three weeks each year, the festival showcases music' theatre and arts from many of Bradford's diverse ethnic groups.
